While working for Seventh Ave, EmilyRae led brand strategy for Pivot, a Christian leadership nonprofit in Austin equipping workplace leaders to help Greater Austin flourish. She refined their messaging, mission, vision, values, tone of voice, and tactics to create clarity across diverse programs and audiences.
Alongside this strategic work, she collaborated with others on her team on a fresh visual identity and website, building a brand upgrade that feels credible and cohesive.

EmilyRae built their mission, vision, values, messaging, and personality. Plus EmilyRae created a tailored strategy of dos and don’ts to engage program participants, leaders, and donors – unifying diverse audiences and aligning communication across all touchpoints.




She designed a logo symbolizing community and unity with four P-like shapes forming a negative-space Cross, reflecting Pivot’s Christian leadership mission.

EmilyRae crafted full-site copy and advised on UI to enhance an intuitive user experience.



EmilyRae also collaborated on a photography style guide to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets—focusing on warmth, authenticity, and leadership in action.
